Being an abstract realism artist, my artworks combine elements of both abstraction and realism, blending the accurate depiction of real-world objects with abstract elements to create a composition that is both recognizable and creatively interpreted.

My abstract floral artwork "Spring" invites viewers to connect with the vibrant energy and delicate beauty of nature. The use of bold, expressive brushstrokes and vivid colors creates a dynamic and uplifting atmosphere, evoking feelings of joy, serenity, and wonder. The abstract nature of the piece encourages viewers to engage intellectually by interpreting the forms and colors in their own unique ways. Each viewer can find personal meaning in the abstraction, whether it’s reflecting on the cycles of life, the complexity of nature, or their own emotional experiences. This open-endedness stimulates thought, making the artwork a source of ongoing discussion & engagement. An almost imperceptible white butterfly subtly weaves through the composition, symbolizing the profound theme of transformation, growth, and metamorphosis inherent to all beings. It is an invitation for viewers to reflect on their own journeys of change thus adding a layer of emotional resonance that deepens their connection to the painting. There is an intricate interplay between nature and emotions within this artwork, subtly conveying a profound message of reaching out for hope, fostering a sense of enduring optimism.

The composition for "Spring" is thoughtfully crafted to balance realistic floral elements with abstract backgrounds and components. This careful arrangement ensures that the viewer's eye is naturally guided across the canvas, creating a harmonious and dynamic visual experience. The interplay of floral forms with abstract background and patterns adds depth and intrigue to the painting. Vivid, unconventional colors breathe new life into the flowers, while barely visible abstract textures and patterns provide a contrast that highlights their beauty. This dynamic use of elements and textures not only captures the viewer's attention but also adds a sense of movement and vitality to the piece, making it visually captivating. Playing with the scale of the floral elements, I create a sense of hierarchy and focus with larger elements that dominate the composition, while smaller ones add detail and interest.

Using multiple layers of paint and mixed media I have added depth and complexity in this work. Each layer adds different textures and visual effects, enhancing the beauty of the flowers while introducing abstract elements. Combining transparent glazes with opaque layers creates a sense of depth and luminosity making the flowers appear more dynamic, adding a sense of mystery and intrigue. Using various unconventional daily use products like credit cards, leaves, sticks, bubble wraps etc. I create a layered, multidimensional effect that adds complexity and visual interest. Utilizing a range of brushstrokes, from fine, detailed lines to broad, expressive sweeps, I create contrast and movement. Skillfully using negative space, I have strived to enhance the composition and draw attention to the floral elements, making the overall piece more harmonious.
