What media of art do you work in?
Painting - Acrylic, resin, glass.

How would you describe your genre of painting?
Modern Impressionism using palette knife.

Can you describe your creative process?  When you begin a painting, do you have an idea of what the end result is? Do you prepare sketches first?  Do you know the colors you are going to use?
I always have a rough idea on how the painting is going to be. Along the way, I would come up with new ideas when it comes to the colours and details but the final result is always how I had envisioned it 

What is the message you want people to take away from your artwork?
Enjoy every minute that you paint because when you look back at the painting, you will always remember the process. 

100 years from now, how do you want people to remember you as an artist?
An artist that seized every moment she has in order to follow her passion.

What is your favorite praise you have received from a client or about your work?
About how they like my texture and style of my artwork. 

What are your hobbies outside of Art?

Travelling solo. I find solace in traveling alone. Working out in the gym or outdoors.

What is an interesting piece of trivia about you that people don’t know?
I love dogs.

Give me one or two sentences about your family?

I’ve been living in Singapore for the past 13 years. I’m the youngest among three sibling.

What has been your strongest influence in your art career thus far?
My family who never stops rooting for me.

What is your vision for yourself as an artist 5 years from now?
To never stop what I’m doing as an artist and not letting anyone influence me in my journey to be authentically me. 

Which one is your favorite artwork you have ever done and tell us why?
It was one of my very first few pieces that I experimented with glass and resin. I enjoyed every minute of the process. It is the process that has been projected to the painting that makes it very special.

Which is one of your most recent work?
The Peach Elephant.The painting depicts a majestic elephant in subtle tone. Having an elephant painting at home can add a touch of cultural or artistic flair. Elephants have always been seen as symbols of strength, wisdom, and good luck in various cultures, making such paintings meaningful and aesthetically pleasing. This painting’s textured, the wrinkled skin is intricately detailed, capturing the play of light and shadow. The glass components intricately capture details, while the overall composition radiates a sense of elegance and modernity, making it a truly captivating piece.
